How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → CorFit → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My AI workout isn't generating — what's wrong?
Make sure you have an internet connection and have set up your profile (age, weight, goals). Free accounts get 1 AI workout per week. If you're on Pro/Unlimited and still seeing issues, email us.
How do I restore my purchases after reinstalling?
Open the app → go to the Premium screen → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be reactivated automatically.
My workout didn't save to Apple Health.
Go to iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → CorFit and make sure "Workouts" is enabled. Then complete and save a workout in the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@thecorfit.com with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We'll permanently remove all your data within 30 days and confirm via email.
How do I join or create a team?
Tap the Community tab in the toolbar → Team tab → "Create a Team" or "Join with Code". Share your 6-character invite code with friends.
What's the difference between Pro and Unlimited?
Both unlock expanded AI generation. Tap the ⭐ Premium button in the app for the current feature breakdown and pricing — it updates with each release.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
