How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → CorFit → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My AI workout isn't generating — what's wrong?
Make sure you have an internet connection and have set up your profile (age, weight, goals). Free accounts get 1 AI workout per week. If you're on Pro/Unlimited and still seeing issues, email us.
How do I restore my purchases after reinstalling?
Open the app → go to the Premium screen → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be reactivated automatically.
My workout didn't save to Apple Health.
Go to iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → CorFit and make sure "Workouts" is enabled. Then complete and save a workout in the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open your profile and tap Delete Account. Your account and data are deleted right away. If you can't sign in, email support@thecorfit.com with "Delete my account" in the subject line and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
How do I join or create a team?
To coach a team, tap the Team tab, type a team name and tap Create team. To join one, enter the invite code your coach sent you on the Team tab, or find a team in the Social feed and tap Join (or Subscribe for a paid team).
My coach sent me an invite. What do I do?
Open the link your coach sent you (or download CorFit and choose My coach invited me when it asks how you'll use the app), enter the invite code, and choose what your coach can see. Invites are single-use and expire, so if yours doesn't work, ask your coach for a new one.
How do I invite a client?
Create a team, then tap Team → Members → Invite. Send them the link or the 8-character code. A team of up to 3 members is free; Coach Pro allows 15 and Coach Unlimited has no limit.
What's the difference between Pro and Unlimited?
Both unlock expanded AI generation. Tap the ⭐ Premium button in the app for the current feature breakdown and pricing — it updates with each release.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email support@thecorfit.com with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful!
